joined Wilbow USA in August 2004 and is a strong addition to our team. He serves as Vice President of Development, overseeing the execution and timely delivery of the multiple real estate projects within the company's holdings. He is also involved in the analysis, acquisition, and entitlement of new property.
Mr. Richard's background is diverse and well suited to Wilbow USA's needs in that his experience stems from both homebuilding and residential property development. He has worked for respected national and local homebuilding companies, including David Weekley, Toll Brothers, and Grand Homes. While at Toll Brothers, he was involved in the analysis and acquisition of multiple tracts in the heated Washington D. C. market. At Grand Homes he managed in-house and third party lot development, coordinating the delivery of new communities for the largest, privately held Dallas based builder. He has also consulted for respected residential developers delivering communities throughout the DFW metroplex.
Mr. Richards received his B.S. in Construction Management with a business management emphasis from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, one of the top construction management schools in the nation. He has been directly involved in residential development throughout his career and is driven by a passion for the industry. |
