Jeffrey David joined the Wilbow USA team as its Chief Financial Officer in September 2004. Mr. David comes to Wilbow USA from the financial services industry where he had over 20 years experience in commercial, mortgage, and retail banking. He spent 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer, including eight years as a CFO at publicly traded companies. He has extensive experience in financial management, business planning, and treasury management. His experience in business and knowledge of banks is a welcome addition to the Wilbow USA skill set.

Mr. David is a key participant in the formulation and implementation of company strategy and works closely with our banks and Australian parent company to help Wilbow USA realize its vision.

Mr. David is a Certified Management Accountant and received his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A & M University in 1981, and his M.B.A. from the University of Houston in 1986.
