Peggy Cady has been with Wilbow USA since 1999 as the Controller for Wilbow's U.S. operations. Her career includes over 25 years with land development and homebuilding companies as a controller and financial accountant. Ms. Cady brings the experience needed to manage the accounting processes for the numerous projects and allow Wilbow USA to continue to grow and expand. Her reputation with lenders, builders, and title companies is excellent, and she rounds out the management team nicely.

Ms. Cady completed her undergraduate work in Texas with a B.B.A. from Sam Houston University. Her experience in real estate began as an accountant for various Murchison Family holdings. Her first homebuilding experience came in the early 1980s when she was the Financial Accounting Manager for Centennial Homes, a Weyerhauser Corporation subsidiary. The change in the housing market in 1988 led her to join a Canadian owned company, building under the name of Ashton Woods Homes, where she was part of the initial management team for their entrance into the U.S. markets.

After ten years with Ashton Woods, she chose to pursue independent financial consulting for various developers. In June 1999, Ms. Cady was asked to join Wilbow Corporation and has become an essential part of this growing organization. Besides being responsible for all accounting functions, Ms. Cady acts as liaison between our local development lenders, corporate finance and international banking relationships.
